The Musings of a Snail. Friday, February 19, 2010. Cupcakes for Haiti- Thank you! Hop on over to the cupcakes website. To see some pictures from our cupcake baking night. Thank you to ALL who helped make this possible! The reason our group wanted to do this was because none of us had a whole lot to give individually, and we wanted to do something very practical (and yummy) to give more money than we could have given just by ourselves. 100% of our proceeds went to Deep Springs International. The Musings of a Snail: I'm so proud, part 2
http://musingsofasnail.blogspot.com/2010/05/im-so-proud-part-2.html
The Musings of a Snail. Thursday, May 13, 2010. I'm so proud, part 2. My little sister Rachael also graduated on Saturday! Rachael is somewhat quiet and reserved, and reminds me a LOT of my mom. Sometimes when she answers the phone I actually think my mom answered the phone, she sounds so much like her. Me, Mom, Rach, at the Phila. Zoo a looong. Rachael is less than two years younger than me (one school grade), so we were always best buds growing up. Me with the crazy hair, Rachy baby on the right).

The Musings of a Snail: December 2009
http://musingsofasnail.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
The Musings of a Snail. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. What I made, Part 2. I made this for my sister to give to her mother-in-law, and I think she really liked it. This is an organic button, by the way. I bought it because I thought it was cute, not for it's organic-ness. Seriously though. organic buttons? What in the world is an organic button? The only thing I wish was different about this bag is that it came out a bit smaller than I would have liked. Perhaps I can enlarge the pattern or something?
