Everything but the Kitchen Sink. Sunday, February 21, 2010. The grass is still under all that snow. It's hard to believe, because we haven't seen it in forever. The exposed grass has brought out some deer. I saw a herd of 4 deer today, and a very special deer the other night. This deer that was standing very close to my back deck, only had 3 legs. It wasn't very skittish. I stood there taking pictures and it just kept eating. It was very dark outside so these aren't the best pictures, but you get the idea.

Everything but the Kitchen Sink. Saturday, February 13, 2010. Beautiful sights and lots of snow! We have had a busy winter here in Virginia. We have gotten tons of snow. I of course can't stop taking pictures of it all. I'll let you choose your favorites! This is what I've been busy doing this past January and since. Bay Rock public access. Blue Ridge Parkway bridge on Hardy Rd. A farm out in Fincastle. The snow was really powdery in this storm and was blowing everywhere in the 40mph wind.

Everything but the Kitchen Sink. Saturday, February 13, 2010. Our friends Jonathan and Tiffany are having a baby girl. I assisted Miranda in throwing a coed baby shower for the couple! It was such a fun night. The parents to be. The guys participated in the baby games. Miranda melted candy bars and put them in the diapers. They took turns examining the diapers and then they all guessed what they were! It was really interesting watching them play! The mom to be being silly! Baby girl arrived healthy!

Then we headed to Tennessee on Christmas Eve to be with my family. We ended up having a wonderful and quiet day. Bryce getting excited about his gifts!
