I think we can attribute his success to our beautiful homemade shirts, that glow in the dark and can be seen a mile away (literally). Oaklyn's shirt was the best, "Run like a. Oh, and you will probably notice the beard.you can thank Forest Gump for that! No one should look this good after running 26.2 miles! This looks more like a "before" photo. The after-party, the next day at the park.

Then, we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon walking along the shore, chasing seagulls. Sometimes, you just need to stare in awe at the beauty of the ocean. Everything is Better Brown. Sunday, August 10, 2014. Another Year at the Lavender Farm. We have some good friends who own a lavender farm. We took pictures there when Oaklyn was just one week old. We went back a year later to take another family picture on her first birthday. It's amazing how simply taking a quick photo on a smart phone can turn into a family tradition. Here is our picture from last year - Our younger and slightly chubbier selves : ). If only Oaklyn would have smiled in a SINGLE photo!
