Monday, January 29, 2007. Well I didn't lose as much as I wanted on SBD, but I did end up losing 9 lbs in two weeks. Now I enter into Phase 2 where I get to eat more foods. I am so glad. With the summer winding down you are probably at the end of your list of ideas for getting some much-needed alone time. Here are some of the ways I escape:. 1) “I have a stomach ache”. 2) “I am out of tampons”. 3) “I’m doing laundry”. 4) “Hide and Seek”. This is an oldie but goodie. Always be the one who hides and make it interesting but adding in a 1 mile radius…that should keep em busy. Find me on FB.
