Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Last Day Of School. In a very short time, my new school has become very important to me.so it is with great sadness that I said goodbye to Mrs. Thompson, Mrs. Weathers and all of my classmates today! My teachers told mommy that they were thankful that I joined the class- because I helped to bring the class together like it had not been before my arrival.So- I guess it was a good fit for everyone! Thank you so much Weekday School, for making the last few months wonderful for me!

On Sunday we watched sporting history being made - we all went with Andy and his Dad to Red Bull Arena to see the very first derby match between the New York Red Bulls and their brand new rivals and arrivistes New York City FC (otherwise known as Man City lite). Derby matches are mostly a European concept, but we gave this one a distinctly American flavor by tailgating. With beer and snacks in the car park before the game. And Andy was born in Valencia.

Lucy and Daniel's World. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. We haven't been for a hike in ages - so on Saturday we went with Evie and Greta to Hacklebarney State Park. Shortly after that last picture was taken two members of our party managed to fall in the stream in quick succession.
