It took place in Oucmanice (probably you don't know this village, it's really tiny but totally calm and perfect for these kind of activities) and we have been the same group as in the On-arrival. Here is my recipe for cheese Spätzle (for 500g flour):. 300g cheese (ementál would be the best). 1 robust cooking spoon. 1 ladle (ideally with some holes). 1 „machine“ for making Spätzle (press, board or sieve). Put the flour in a bowl and add the eggs, the water and a dash of salt. Mix it powerful with the cooking spoon until you have a smooth and gluey dough. 8 April 2015 at 22:18.
