Friday, January 20, 2012. Seems things are kicking up again with the little guy. I hate to see him struggling with all of his fears and anxities. We'll get him through this. I think he feels that a change is coming. It may be. At this point, it's still kinda early to tell. I've been hitting the gym as much as I possibly can and I'm loving it! I tag my Facebook so that I can look back and see how I did in any given week. It's also great motivation. I'm getting a new tattoo on Saturday! The View From Here.

Thursday, September 27, 2012. Yesterday, I tried to start off with the mean green juice. I couldn't get it down. I think it was the celery. It honestly smelled like vomit. Which is peculiar, as I do like celery. Last night, I was back to carrot, apple, pear. Today, I juiced breakfast, had veggies for lunch and dinner, and will juice again tonight. I made a delicious cucumber, tomato, red onion salad with apple cider vinegar. No bowel issues as of yet, but I did have a bit of a stomach ache last night.

Monday, January 9, 2012. Renewed my gym membership today. I'm sticking with the one I went to before. My emotional eating is getting out of control again and I just can't ruin. The body that I paid for. Yes, it was still in need of some work. but, I can't be stretching things back out. I went to the dentist today and had 2 fillings fixed. I haaaaaate going to the dentist. Thursday, October 22, 2009. The last 2 days have not been great. Yesterday was hard and last night, I gave in to Ben and Jerry. I also did not exercise. It doesn't seem to have done any damage, but it wasn't good, either. At my consultation Tuesday, I was the same weight, lost another 1.5 inches, and my body fat went down 1% again. Yay! I just ate a bunch of raw veggies and now I have a stomach ache. Hope to update more tomorrow! Monday, October 19, 2009. Day 24 and I'm sore! Fruit and yogurt parfait.

Saturday, July 2, 2011. 2nd Wellness Bridge appt. 2 weeks later. I was down 10 inches and 3 pounds. Today, I got on the Treadclimber for the 1st time in forever. I did 517 (ish) on it and then I pushed the trendles down (to make it a treadmill) and walked for an hour and 7 minutes. It was 2.5 miles. I broke a sweat. It was good! I didn't eat well today. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Day 6 9.30.09 and Wellness Bridge appt. Today I had my Wellness Bridge appointment. She weighed me in at 214. On Thursday, in the Dr's office, I was 221. Being sick has sure helped my cause. I also had my measurements done. We'll track those too to see my progress. I did lose 7 lbs the 1st week of Weight Watchers. Friday, August 13, 2010. Almost 3 months later. I've been so bad about blogging lately! It's been almost 3 months. I finally had my gallbladder out. They made me wait two months.
