急性喉炎(acute laryngitis)是喉粘膜的急性卡他性炎症,常继发于急性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、急性咽炎,为整个上呼吸道感染的一部分,也可单独发生。 一般全身症状不明显,轻者仅有声嘶,声音粗涩、低沉、沙哑,以后可逐渐加重,甚至可完全失音,喉部疼痛和全身不适,个别患者可有发烧、畏寒等症状。 声带呈淡红色或鲜红色,有时可见声带粘膜下出血或附有粘稠性分泌物,声带肿胀,游离缘变纯,发声时两侧声带不能闭紧。 一)全身治疗:病情较重,有明显全身症状者,应适当休息,给予抗生素(青霉素,先锋霉素或磺胺类药物),及激素(强的松5 10毫克,一日三次)治疗。 二)病人应禁烟酒,不吃有刺激性食物,少讲话,以利炎症消退。 三)局部治疗:超短波理疗,具有消炎、止痛作用,每日1 2次,复方安息香酊蒸气吸入,每日3 4次。 如痰多,高热、气急、胸闷、病情加重者,则以清热宣肺,化痰利咽为主。 转载请注明 http:/ www.ewbuz.com/hyzl/7.html.
