Herring Family Happenings: Halloween!
http://herringfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2014/11/halloween.html
Sunday, November 2, 2014. We had a wonderful Halloween week! We carved pumpkins Tuesday evening, the kids celebrated "Princess and Superhero Day" at school on Thursday, and we trick or treated with our friends on Friday night. Graham was disgusted by the pumpkin guts and cried when they got anywhere near him. Piper, on the other hand, dug right in. Piper drew her pumpkin design and oversaw the process as Josh brought it to life. They were very proud of their pumpkins! Snow White and Prince Charming!

It’s always nice to put that behind us for a little while. 8211; Speaking of what she wants, we have signed her up to take dance this year and she is beyond excited. She wears her dance clothes pretty much every day and practices. We’re counting down the days until it starts. 8211; This little kid brings a whole lot of joy to o...

Christians and Alcohol | Matt Bailey's Blog
https://mattlbailey.wordpress.com/2008/08/05/christians-and-alcohol
Matt Bailey’s Blog. Posted August 5, 2008. It’s probably safe to say that the title of this post conjures up some strong emotions in a lot of people. This very issue was tackled at our services this past Sunday. Here are a few highlights from the sermon:. We must own our faith and know where we stand on the issue of whether it’s OK for a Christian to drink alcohol. The Bible says that alcohol in moderation is OK, but getting drunk is a sin. Buying alcohol for people underage is a sin. 4 comments so far.
