The Collaborative has established an overall fund raising goal of $50,000, with a minimum goal of raising $25,000 by the end of 2013, to develop and maintain a "Bridge Fund" that would cover costs of residents who are otherwise eligible to participate in the Kelly House Supportive Housing Program but have either exhausted their currently available monthly income , such as social security or disability or are awaiting approval for such funding.
