My current project requires me to work with whole months going back to 2010. I want to be able to take the date from one column and give me the last date of its month. 8/1/2014 should also give me 8/31/2014. 2/1/2014 should give me 2/28/2014. August 14th, 2014 04:48 am (UTC). These kinds of things are often not obvious.

Ben, my boss, has been traveling and is now back for awhile, so there's suddenly a lot of activity.
