Ocated in the historic Exchange Bank Building, the Exchange Bank Coffeehouse fills the corner space once occupied by the Plymouth Exchange Bank. Completed in 1906, the Sheboygan County Landmark building remains one of Plymouth's finest examples of the classic revival style. Ver the years, the bank's interior is virtually unchanged making it an ideal location for owner Leon Rabuck to create a unique, comfortable place to relax and enjoy high-quality coffee and a light meal in an espresso bar atmosphere.

He Exchange Bank Coffeehouse opened its doors in June of 1998. Steve and Nancy Smith with help of the building owners Chris and Brenda Dale renovated the space occupied by the coffeehouse. Leon Rabuck purchased the business in November 2005. Leon runs the day-to- day grind. Leon also prepares fresh daily:quiche cookies, cakes and many other temptations. Many of the entrees and baked goods are made locally.
