環アジア国際交流促進センターでは、 ツアー事業 紹介事業 支援事業 の三つのカテゴリから成る事業を計画しております。 現在、関西圏(今回は大阪および京都)の日本語学校および大学を訪問、視察する 日本の教育機関 文化研修ツアー の来秋(2014年秋季)催行を目指して、準備を進めております。 日本人の海外留学先の1位はアメリカ合衆国(約21,000名 2010年、前年比マイナス14.3%)ですが、2位は中国(約17,000名 2010年、前年比プラス9.1%)となっており、前年比で増加しております。

一般社団法人環アジア国際交流促進センター 代表理事 センター長 中山英明. 日本の将来は日本の若者の双肩に掛かっておりますが、不幸にも、合計特殊出生率が1.41 2012年 と言う一人っ子状態に近い環境の中で、また、日本の持つ鎖国的雰囲気の中で、日本の若者は内向的な性格になりがちです。 ここ数年間、大学生数(大学院を含む)は約280万人超のほぼ安定した数を示していますが、一方、大学数は最近の10年間で約100校程度増加しており 脚注1 、大学は益々過当競争の荒波を受け、当面する2018年問題に向けて 脚注2 、総力を挙げた取り組みが要請されております。 18歳人口急減の中で、文部科学省は1993年以降、大学 学部 学科の新設、収容定員増については原則抑制の方向を取ってきたが、2002年、中央教育審議会は 輝ける競争的環境の中で と原則抑制の方針を撤回し、自由競争を促すようになった。
