Change.Growth.Self Love. I’ve come to realize a few things over the last two weeks:. 1 I’ll be medicated until the day I die. My last two attempts of slowly reducing and quiting my anti-depression medication have both been epic failures. Both times I did well for 6-7 months and then came the big breakdown (I meant ironed the latest one in my last entry).
