Informal seminar in Animal Flight Lab. Yesterday, on 14 May 2012, we were visited by long-term collaborator Geoff Spedding and PhD student Shanling Yang, both at USC, Los Angeles. Shanling presented their recent work on low Re aerodynamics of wings, Marco Klein Heerenbrink presented his work on gliding flight and Jonas Håkansson showed the hovering wake of a bat.
