Monday, October 11, 2010. I'm now working part-time at Ultimate U Total Health. In New Albany, OH which is a unique gym that is owned by a Physical Therapist. The gym has certified personal trainers, registered dietitians, motivational coaches, counselors, and physical and massage therapists. They receive doctor referrals for people who need help with weight loss, or have recently gotten out of physical therapy. They also train the general population as well. I will be doing my first Pre-Natal Workshop.

Tuesday, March 15, 2011. So I have another "Client results" to share with you! 3 1/2 years post-partum, 3 vaginal deliveries. Diastasis is small Top-1, Middle-2 and Bottom-1. Waist was 36 at Belly, 39.5 (2-3 inches below). We did NOT have her wear a splint since it really wasn't needed. After the 7 weeks:. Diastasis is Closed Top-0, Middle1/2 and Bottom- 0. Monday, February 9, 2015. Amazing feats of strength and endurance! Our Ruby is a climber. always has been. She climbed up onto our dining table before she was a year old. Anyhow, she has been taking a real rock-climbing class for the past eight months or so. She loves it. It is fun and challenging. But she kept going. for almost an hour. and she climbed 35 laps! Did you know she memorized the Gettysburg address (for fun! We used the glue gun to attach bushy eyebrows to her glasses. The beard was also attached to her glasses frames. And Ruby and June both wanted to be ninjas! Our blue-eyed brunette was Wonder Woman, of course. This is after the church party. Not very cooperative for pictures.
