Monday, March 25, 2013. This week stats} {last weeks}. I was very excited to see the increase in total steps. And a total of almost 44 miles in one week! This is my personal best in steps and hope to continue to increase each week. This week I increased my elliptical work out and decreased my treadmill walks. It is unreal how much more calories you burn on the elliptical then walking. 30 minutes of walking (3 mph) burns 147 calories. 30 minutes of the elliptical burns 401 calories. Have a great week!
