Exercise for a Better Life. At Home Personal Training for Women in their middle and senior years. As people age, they naturally slow down and will notice a decrease in four areas that are important for staying healthy and independent:. However, those who exercise regularly can slow this process down, and therefore remain more active as they age. I work with my clients on the four areas noted above using hand weights, body weight, resistance bands, stability balls and other simple exercise equipment.
