February 21, 2010. Thanks for your question. P90X seems to have been a hot topic lately. I wonder if your symptoms are actually from the psoas muscle or perhaps from the lumbar spine and / or hip. The plyometric series carries a high impact load to the body and if youre not careful, you could easily damage joints.
