An incredible journey…. Week 2 Day 3. So on this piece of bad news I decided to check my measurements and they are not too bad. I have lost three quarters of an inch off each thigh and my waist and half an inch off each arm and my hips.Those of you who know me will know I didn’t want to check the loss round my bust! So it's back along the Dudh Koshi, a beautiful an easy walk through the pine forest and rhododendron. Backward glances a-plenty I should expect, all the mountains at their back now.
