Rented a little Toyota Yaris, and discovered that it can be driven until the needle goes way below ‘E’ on the fuel gauge, as long as you turn the air conditioning off. Found the nearest mall (Yas Mall) and purchased lots of room snacks. Been for a bit of an explore, all the way to the Corniche and back. Swam in the hotel pool. Spent an entire day without leaving the hotel room.
