Well since i last touched base things have improved somewhat and it just goes to show what a slightly better diet, a little more sleep and eating right on a training day can do for you. After the laughable attempt at Spartans on Tuesday evening, the rest of the week went far better. With a bit of luck this will reign true again in the future. fingers crossed ;-).
