My life as a recovering chocolate addict. The Beginning: Goodbye Chocolate. March 4, 2016. March 4, 2016. The challenge was to avoid eating chocolate for the next two weeks. This came after a series of late nights, packs of m&ms and possibly, just possibly, a few magnums. Date night with M&Ms. Source: Google Images. I failed at the start of Week 1. Day 1 to be exact. My first test came while doing my weekly shopping. On sale:. New chocolate cakes, with a creamy melted chocolate center. Oh, you guessed it!

My life as a recovering chocolate addict. Chocolate Escapades: Will I make it without you? March 10, 2016. March 10, 2016. When I started this two week challenge to avoid eating chocolate, there was one question that played in my mind. Was I really that addicted? I mean, you can’t actually be addicted to chocolate, right? Wrong The first few days without chocolate saw me in withdrawal cravings, cold sweats, and tossing and turning at night. So yes, I was addicted. Yup, I definitely had an addiction.

My life as a recovering chocolate addict. After the reset: Week 1. You’d think with my poor self control concerning chocolate, I’d be dying after I attempted to restart the challenge. My life as a recovering chocolate addict. After the reset: Week 1. April 11, 2016. You’d think with my poor self control concerning chocolate, I’d be dying after I attempted to restart the challenge.
