I am happily married to the most wonderful man I ever took a chance on. I enjoy time spent in the kitchen - it relaxes me. As someone pointed out to me, the kitchen is often the heart of the home. It is in ours. View my complete profile. Mr and Mrs. Potts! Established November 8, 2008. This started as a way to chronicle my love of all things food - grocery shopping, cooking stores, recipes, baking, cooking and experimenting. Why share all this with "strangers"? Fabulous Friday Picture Dump. I have severa...

Not Perfect, But Worth It: Thank you for being a friend....
http://notperfectbutworthit.blogspot.com/2009/04/thank-you-for-being-friend.html
Not Perfect, But Worth It. Counting down the days until I can see the ocean again. Sunday, April 26, 2009. Thank you for being a friend. Growing up, my Mom and I would watch the Golden Girls every morning on Lifetime while were getting ready. We've seen every episode at least 5 times; in fact we find ourselves quoting parts of the show when we find ourselves in similar situations. (We do the same thing for Designing Women.another fav. that will just crush me when Dixie Carter passes). April 27, 2009 at 8...

Not Perfect, But Worth It. Counting down the days until I can see the ocean again. Thursday, April 2, 2009. Just When I thought All Hope Was Lost! I had pretty much reserved myself to the fact I wasn't going to see the ocean this summer; between my internship and weddings, it just wasn't going to happen. Then my Daddy called. WE'RE GOING TO COZUMEL! Now if I can just keep myself sane until August 9th, I'll be good! The Other K Wick. Too cool. I hope you guys have a fabulous time! April 2, 2009 at 1:16 PM.

Not Perfect, But Worth It: Study Break!
http://notperfectbutworthit.blogspot.com/2009/04/study-break.html
Not Perfect, But Worth It. Counting down the days until I can see the ocean again. Saturday, April 18, 2009. You'd think as long as I've been gone, I would have take at least one exam by now, but no - the first one is on Thursday (Anti-Trust) - how exciting. But for now, it's Saturday morning and I decided that I wanted to take a break and update. I hate being "the visitor," but everyone was super nice. Yes, I got the same questions over and over, (are you new to the city? Can we see where this is going?

Live rather than exist: My First Brush with Office Politics... My Corporate Saga (Part 6)

Live rather than exist. My First Brush with Office Politics. My Corporate Saga (Part 6). Read the other parts here. As we settled in the new place, life at work was beginning to change. We were no longer treated as ' freshers'. It was just another day in office when I was struggling to type the conversation I'd just had with a customer. Looking for alphabets on the keyboard then seemed like hunting for needles in a haystack (seriously! Slow typing, huh? Yeah, still not used to it.". What did she say?

Live rather than exist: July 2015

Live rather than exist. Baby Led Weaning - An approach that changed me. The first food that our paediatrician advised when Prabir completed 6 months was Cerelac. I didn't find anything wrong with that either as that's what I've seen most babies in the family eat. We went to the store and bought a flavour that we thought our son would like. And the first day, I held the spoon near his mouth, he rejected it outright. I kept at it and tried for 3 days until I kept the box of Cerelac away for good. It was in...

http://neha-liveratherthanexist.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Live rather than exist. A Little Note After A Long Long Time. I'd hate the year to end with no post in this space. Though I have been thinking for months to pen down something, but time and circumstances just wouldn't allow. The readership has almost dried up, while my blog friends have also stopped asking when I'd write next. This is what happens when you ignore your blog for so long. And of course, I am to blame for it. Any tips for that? Writing is one thing that has always given me solace and I yearn...

Live rather than exist. The First Birthday Celebrations! Where does time fly? It seems like it was only yesterday when I was wheeled into the. Room At the time, it was just the pains that clouded my thoughts and nothing else. The following morning, I was holding a little cherub, as I felt my heart melting away. Fast forward to now. Has completed 1 year. Already! There I was, planning and re planning the kind of celebration I would have. And lo and behold, it's come and gone so soon! Was on a Monday and h...

Products Around the World. Saturday, February 19, 2011. My mom went to the Chinese supermarket and found a bunch of Japanese products on sale! Meishoku Kaito's Skincare Powder: Apply during daytime or night to control oil. Meishoku Kaito's Essence: Seems like an acne serum; not sure though, can't read Japanese! Posted by w wolf.
