This service is intended to be used in Switchboard services where it is necessary to divert calls to larger groups of people than would be convenient using a Call Diversion service. Each real telephone number is given an extension number. And these extensions are grouped together to form an extension group. The Group Divert service then diverts calls to this extension group. Fax Service

The Fax Service is aimed primarily at people who do not have ready access to a fax machine or who may want to receive their faxes privately in their email accounts. The service answers the call and attempts to receive an incoming fax. This service requires a mail box (your account has a default mail box created as standard) for the storage of the faxes. The settings on the mailbox allow for the email and SMS of fax received notifications plus the sending of the fax as an email attachment.

Creating a new recorded message via your telephone. As an alternative to uploading a file of your recorded message via the Callagenix web interface, you can record your message prompts for a service via a touch-tone telephone. Simply click the link in the message screen in the service section and follow the on-screen instructions.
