Tuesday, November 16, 2010. The long awaited debut of Quinn Ethan Argyle to the blogger world! Not a lot happening here. Snow is rolling in. Little car trouble today, hoping it's just a battery. Or else it's time to feed the hamster. Our first visitors came to Casper this weekend and I'm embarrassed to say they were not members of our family. My friends represent. We had a pretty good time showing them the wonders of Casper (as in 'I wonder what we should do when these guys are here? Day Two of New Year.

The Delks: February 2013
http://thedelks-jji.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 16, 2013. Happy Birthday, Pa Joe! It's just not a party without the Delks! The sad thing is we didn't actually get to stay for the party, but we did get to see everyone and play. Since I had a half day yesterday and I get Monday off, we Delks decided to take a trip up to M'boro to see our favorite Pa Joe and wish him a happy birthday. Abby found an old frog umbrella of Aunt Boo's. The boys all found forms of entertainment. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PA JOE! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Joe and...

Thursday, May 29, 2014. 2014 Annual Baseball Road Trip - Day 3 - Rochester, NY. This is from the overlook at the American Falls. I thought it was pretty cool. You can see the Horseshoe falls in the background. Andy like it, too. It really liked throwing sticks off the edge. Do not Grammy Pat and Delk, we did not get close. Daddy would not let us. This is Andy and I at the other side of the American Falls. Andy really wanted to look to me to see what kind of reaction to get. Sunday, May 25, 2014. We score...

The Delks: January 2014

Wednesday, January 29, 2014. The "Blizzard" of 2014. Yeah, calling it a blizzard might be overstating, but the kids enjoyed it. School dismissed early yesterday and traffic was horrible, but I managed to get the kids and make it home in just under 3 hours. No school today and tomorrow means we have plenty of time to play in the snow. Here are some pics from today. Best Snow day. Ever. And in payment for all the fun, I got a clean living room and clean kids' rooms. It was a win-win! Nine Times Out of Ten.

I am not sure what a Bison is but Daddy tells me it is a big animal. Anyway enough writing.I know you guys just want to see pictures, so here you go. This is Andy sitting in a replica dugout that is the Louisville Slugger Museum. I took my turn holding the bat and got to use batting gloves. Here is Buddy the Bat - Louisville's Mascot - He was funny.

The Delks: April 2013

Tuesday, April 9, 2013. The Knights vs the Sea Dogs. Isaac is playing baseball this year and he's already found his calling- catching! He loves being the team's catcher! I've got to say I'm relieved. I've seen the kid practice and I was thinking he had a good future as an announcer ahead of him. Here he is in his uniform! In fact, he did so well, his coach gave him the winning game ball! The Knights won the game 11-0! Just imagine Isaac wearing a matching shirt like Andy's. Tea Party with Grammy Pat.

Wednesday, October 2, 2013. There's a little girl at the daycare that teaches Abby all of her cheers. You simply can't imagine my excitement. *sigh*. Well, never let it be said that I don't support my children. Walmart had their pom-poms on sale for $5. Not too shabby. So, here is Abby in her cheerleading debut! Grammy Pat- you'll have to watch these on your computer, not the ipad. Cheers without pom-poms: LINK. And a brand new cheer created by Abby! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Nine Times Out of Ten.

The Delks: March 2013
http://thedelks-jji.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 1, 2013. Happy birthday Isaac and Dr. Seuss! Today Isaac's school celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday, which is fitting with the birthday theme we are celebrating this week. Isaac turned. 6 on Wednesday! He's such a big boy! In fact, he's so big that he informed me that he was ready for 1st grade now. I don't doubt his abilities, but I told him that he's just going to have to wait. Well, today we can home to find a surprise waiting for Isaac from Grammy and Papa Delk- an Alabama shirt!

http://thedelks-jji.blogspot.com/2014/02/snowpocalypse-2014.html
Thursday, February 13, 2014. At least this time they closed the schools instead of just sending us home early! We Delks have been homebound for 3 days. The snow started on Tuesday and ended last last night/ this morning. Pictures from Tuesday's snow:. Not a lot of snow, just enough to freak everyone out and close school. Then we get this:. This is a picture of Joe's garden beds in the backyard. Completely covered. We had a lot of fun! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Nine Times Out of Ten.
