Lifeventure and Lifesystems supporting adventurers. London to London: Via the World. While out on the Indian Ocean I dreamed of cycling across continents, meeting new cultures and seeing landscapes change. When I returned to dry land I yearned for the ocean once more. I knew my next project had to involve both green and blue bits of the globe, and so started my quest to journey right around the planet under my own power. Follow Sarah’s adventures. Lifeventure and Lifesystems supporting adventurers. Renewal and rotten eggs. To the sea and back →. November 5, 2011. Last Monday Hercules and I arrived at the beautiful Lake Tazawako just as the sun was setting, turning the sky and water pink and purple and me into a wonderful, reflective calm. Stripping off, running into the lake and swimming sent me high as a kite. Happy happy days. Happy days indeed. I can’t quite believe I am nearly there. Gulp. Sarah and Hercules x. Lifeventure and Lifesystems supporting adventurers. Calling all classrooms and young things →. October 9, 2011. My shoulders felt like cement, my legs had gone to sleep and my hands were stiff and soggy. It had been an effort to stay awake at times, my brain and body tired after nearly twelve hours in Nelson, paddling and concentrating, willing Japan to come closer. Happy days indeed on this side of the world. All Japanese best,. Sarah, Nelson and Hercules x. For sending us daily weather reports. PPPPS C...

Exploring the Gift « A Humble Servant's Portfolio

A Humble Servant's Portfolio. 8220;Go to Sleep”. The skies get darker as the my eyelids droop. I put my feet up and look around. His Love is real, I do not need a single proof. I am loved and I am saved the moment I was found. The noise grew distant as I stare on the sands. The loudness turned to hums and mumbles. He sings to me slowly as I feel Him stand. Over me, He watched like lit candles. The wind and the ocean created lovely music. He covered my ears and filled it with whispers of magic. This is wh...

Exploring The Gothic

Lust, murder, incest and every atrocity that can disgrace human nature, brought together, without the apology of probability, or even possibility for their introduction. To make amends, the moral is general and very practical; it is, ‘not to deal in witchcraft and magic because the devil will have you at last! 8217; We are sorry to observe that good talents have been misapplied in the production of this monster." - Review of The Monk, The British Critic, 7 June, 1796, p. 677. Exploring The Grammar Of English. Monday, November 24, 2008. Spotted at Tradehub 21. New way of "entering" a premise? The Grammar Terrorist's Pupils. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Hmm seems like a ghost town here. Well, a new song from Jason Mraz to brighten up the place, and a new sighting at a fashion outlet in Singapore. The Grammar Terrorist's Pupils. Wednesday, September 17, 2008. Got this from the newspapers (forgot which day.). Which should be the right one? 1] what I saw were. 2] what I saw was.

Exploring the Great Known

Exploring the Great Known. News headlines claim belief in absolute truth. June 18, 2016. Some claim that an absolute standard of morality does not exist for all people in all places in all times. Instead, the “rightness” or “wrongness” of an action depends upon the individual’s personal feelings about the action and the situation said individual finds himself or herself in at the time. But does this belief stand up to reality? Was the shooter wrong? Of course, but why? Could it be that an absolute standa...
