An American woman hoping to explore the world. To Market, To Market. January 15, 2015. Just down the road from the monastery where I was staying, was a wonderful, large market. It was in a large warehouse type building with open roofs down the main aisles. There were the usual things I expected at the market like produce and a little bit of quintessential Italy…. Like pasta and wine with a smattering of surprises like…. This pet shop booth! A pet store in a market? I found a completely gluten free booth.

Endless Roads and Brussels Sprouts. Love Shine-a light…. December 28, 2014. We had a nice visit to China Light together with yornas, touchant-a and Kami. No geocaching but a lot of fun! On top of the world. Visit the gallery of this event. On the right of the blog! Cold days, endless dark nights, today with some additional snow and ice Winter is upon us and it is trying to make us gloomy and depressed. But I will not let that happen! There was even a show starring Chinese acrobats and countless hula hoops.

Endless Roads and Brussels Sprouts →. Under the spell of the E19. November 30, 2014. Every day I use one of the busiest highways in Belgium to travel to work. Luckily I travel towards Antwerp, because in the other direction, towards Brussels, traffic is nearly allways in a terrible traffic jam. But I never realised that nearby there is a nice walking trail. Since a couple of weeks there is also a geocaching route called ” under the spell of the E19″. The theme used is cars and traffic. White horse in Lint.

A Very Handy TravelBug. Geocaching in London →. Cache tour : Los door Elewijt. October 4, 2014. My daughter, wife and myself have been busy preparing a cache tour in our beautifull little village called Elewijt. It has a long history with a Roman site 2000 years ago and later on one of the most famous painters Pieter Paul Rubens lived in the local Chateau. This tour is 4.5 km long and travels through the village and its nature. It’s a circled tour with 12 geocaches. This entry was posted in Geocaching.
