http://greencarddesigns.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Where I hang out. Friday, February 13, 2009. Guess who was featured in an Etsy gift guide? OMG - it was me! I thought it was great when I sold this valentine 4 times in 2 days and then noticed I get a lot of LOVE today (lots of hearts for my shop and certain items). Then, someone found me in a gift guide! The folks at etsy thought my card was "My Funny Valentine" quality! Check out the etsy mini on the side for a look-see - I'm the BUSY BEE}. Posted by Greencard Designs by Katherine Kelly.

Recylcing and Reusing at Christmas. Does it seem like there is a lot of waste in your Christmas celebrations? The gift wrap is wadded up and thrown away. Make name tags for everyone decorated with vintage Christmas seals or images cut from leftover wrapping paper. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My name is Carla, and I live...

CAT Productions: Recycled Halloween?
http://catproductions.blogspot.com/2010/09/recycled-halloween.html
I know Halloween is a fun time for kids. They get to dress up in fanciful or frightful costumes and get free candy! But, it always seems like such a wasteful holiday to me. The stores are full of new costumes that will barely stay in one piece through the end of Oct. 31. Then, they lay in shreds on the closet floor. And, then there are plastic pumpkins, skull-shaped flashlights, glo-sticks and piles and piles of candy wrappers. Do you have any ideas for making Halloween more eco-friendly? I have improved...
