August 11th, 2011. Static. Static that gives way to a blurry, shaky camera arc, clearing on a section of the wall outside of the Inner City. But like the Animus posts, there's no PCD on the other side of the recording. It just. is, transmitting itself with no apparatus. The image eventually sharpens.
