Extinct Creatures

Tuesday, July 15, 2008. The Mega-World Of Dinosaurs.(Stegosaurus). Stegosaurus was slow. It had a very small brain, the size of a walnut. It needed the big, bony plates on its back to protect itself. The Mega-World Of Dinosaurs.(Parasaurolophus). Some dinosaurs developed strange heads. Parasaurolophus might have used its long crest to push branches aside. Extinct Creatures: Velociraptor Mongoliensis

http://extinctcreatures.blogspot.com/2008/07/velociraptor-mongoliensis.html

Friday, July 11, 2008. Recent research suggests that Velociraptor mongoliensis was a feathered dinosaur. A forelimb fossil discovered in Mongolia showed quill knobs like those found in many modern birds. The dinosaur's plumage may have been used for mating displays, similar to how modern birds use their colorful feathers, or to help regulate body temperature. The feathers might also have helped females protect their eggs. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Mega-World Of Dinosaurs.(Stegosaurus).

http://extinctcreatures.blogspot.com/2008/07/how-old-are-sharks.html

Tuesday, July 15, 2008. How old are sharks? Fossils show that sharks appeared more than 350 million years ago, long before the dinosaurs. Extinct Collectibles

There is a difference in collecting as opposed to hoarding. One depicts looking for something that adds to a current pattern. Like watches of inherent value or more popular, stamps. It has a certain meaning and value. Hoarding on the other hand is something entirely different. When you are merely just hanging onto everything without regard to its value or purpose then you are simply hoarding. Just the other day I was talking to my friend who owns a roofing company called ConstrucToMax.com. In life in gen...
