What Dreams May Come. Monday, March 18, 2013. Baltimore and Johns Hopkins. Baltimore was spotted with beautiful churches that were. Reminiscent of European ones I've seen. So I flew out last Saturday to Baltimore, Maryland, a place I honestly never really thought I'd go. Isn't this a quaint block? Baltimore, Charm City, really. Does have its own charm. All right, it's not that bad at all! You can see some nice. Tall buildings and the harbor from this vantage point. Principles of Human Physiology. Isn't i...

What Dreams May Come. Sunday, January 6, 2013. Outside In and the Holidays. Outside In Medical Clinic- if you think it looks a little bit. Like a painted prison, you're right. It's gated with tall walls. And locked down, even though it's a warm, great place. I do something wrong- with homeless peoples' health on the line, will someone die? Will someone feel like they've been let down by yet another person in their life? Will my co-workers and bosses wonder why they hired me? Warm socks and candy from Mar...

A New Yorker's (mis)adventures in Japan. Creepy man on the train →. Self storage in Tokyo. February 13, 2012. I need to find a self-storage place to stash one of my suitcases while I’m traveling for four weeks before I head home to New York. I’m leaving Tochigi for the south, but will be in Tokyo for my last week in Japan. Air Canada allows two checked bags from Japan for FREE, so there’s no way I’m shipping home things that’ll fit into the suitcase. Google Translate is your friend! So if you just need t...

My eyes are closed, but everyone else looks great in this photo of the whole crew before departure. What did I tell you? Expectations, ...
