I know this may sound like some futile attempt to raise animal awareness, but every life counts. 12000 abused or abandoned animals go to the SPCA shelter every year, of which only 10% are adopted, and 7% reunited with their owners. What happens to the other 83% you ask? None other than being put to sleep. That's around 9960 animals per year. Do everything you can to help.
