Monday, May 27, 2013. We got home from our Spring Break vacation late Friday night. First thing Saturday morning I had to have the kids to Orem for a piano lesson. We hurried home to watch the first session of General Conference. Then I headed back up to AF to have lunch with my family for Breanne's birthday and hurried back for the second session of conference. It was a busy weekend. Introducing my new craft room. Monday, August 24, 2009. For my birthday I got my craft room decorated. I haven't finished accessorising it yet, that is why the shelves are still empty, but I plan on bring in more pink and a bulletin board in front of my sewing machine. Doesn't it look great? Sunday, May 5, 2013. Easter morning I woke up extra early to prepare these whole wheat cinnamon rolls with my natural yeast (I started the dough the night before). It was the first time I have ever made cinnamon rolls that didn't come in a can! The cinnamon rolls were a big hit! So were the Easter baskets. We hid candy filled eggs in the basement, even though it was actually warm enough this year to hide them outside. I guess we're just used to doing it this way. May 5, 2013 at 9:50 AM. Sunday, May 26, 2013. Spring Break, the drive home. On our way home from Flagstaff we stopped by Sunshine Crater and then drove past these Pueblo dwellings. We also took the other highway through monument valley. I'm not sure what this big rock is sticking up in the middle of nowhere but it seemed pretty dark and foreboding to me. The drive was beautiful. Humor me for a minute. I couldn't get enough of the white fluffy clouds, the red rock and the barren landscape. May 26, 2013 at 1:03 PM.
