April 15, 2015. My cousin Clyde and his lovely daughters took me to this beautiful spot with cliffs overlooking the ocean….the surfers down below looked so small! They’re actually a very big bird with an impressive wing span and to see them flying over the ocean I can only imagine what it must be like to fight against the winds over the water….they did it with ease! I will like to come here during their nesting season just in time to see their big fluffy babies hatch! Muriwai, New Zealand.

April 18, 2015. My cousins took me here today! And the day started out as the crappiest of crappy days! Funny how when you set an intention the universe sighs, stops raining and lets the sun shine just for you….that’s how I felt today! I think sometimes you’re supposed to say “sod it” and do it anyway and when you do, sometimes it all works out beautifully! And because we ignored the rain, we ended up seeing this very beautiful place at it’s very best! Another place I intent to revisit!
