Okay, so why the hell does EVERYONE that comes to the Guest service counter have to be an inconsiderate unintelligent asshole? Guy comes in to return a WoW bundle we sell. Okay, so he brings in an OPEN bundle, and says "Hi, I'd like my money back on this.". Me: "Is there something wrong with this? Asshole: "Error code 2 (laughs)? AH: "No, I want my money back.".
