Showing and sharing my lifestyle here. 昨天一早起床, 就不停地拉肚子, 7點起床拉一次, 之後每小時以20 30分的頻率, 瘋狂拉, 一直拉到了中午要上班了還在拉, 拉的還全是水, 沒有食物, 心裡起了一絲想請假的念頭, 只不過, 仔細想想若值班的時候又請假, 總是會帶給別人不方便, 想想還是算了, 反正身體也沒哪感到不舒服, 就還是認命地去上。 到了公司, 我一如往常工作, 還是拉了2次, 也不以為意, 晚餐時到餐廳去吃飯, 這兩天我和另一位值班的同事就注意到, 餐廳的冷氣變強了, 預估比以往低了至少5度C , 說到這就氣人, 前陣子產能不足時, 說要cost down, 辦公室的冷氣都捨不得開, 幸好那時是冬天, 不然我們可能個個都悶到要戴氧氣罩工作了, 反觀現在, 產能利用率聽說快滿載囉! 辦公室的空調是一天比一天強, 穿兩件外套保暖都還綽綽有餘, 哪知道還修了餐廳的冷氣, 害我吃飯吃得直發抖. 她一邊抽, 我一邊吐, 空著胃吐不出東西的滋味真的難受到了極點! 標籤： 健康的事，YOGA.

Showing and sharing my lifestyle here. 生活在高雄，第一次覺得放得最名符其實的颱風假，就是這次的莫拉克颱風。 當天7:00起床和同事討論完後得知可以自由選擇上不上班，心裡開心得很，難得有機會連放3天假，真是莫大的恩寵， 一個天上掉下來的禮物。 3天過後，我一邊看著新聞一邊感覺到有些慚愧，對我這種生活在平地， 沒受過什麼大天災地變的白目上班族來說， 颱風假是在家休息看DVD嗑洋芋片又能白領薪水的幸福日子， 但反觀這次家園飽受風災侵襲而正流離失所那些居民，這是一場天上掉下來的大災難， 老天要送來這樣的災難， 他們無從婉拒， 沒有選擇的餘地 。 想起阿甘正傳裡說的一句話 : 人生就像一盒巧克力，每個人永遠不知道， 往後的自己會有什麼樣的際遇。 既然來了，就要勇敢面對，樂觀的人總是這麼想著。 但如果當主角真換成了自己，不是失去親人就是沒了家園，甚至兩者兼得而能當下耐得住這般折磨的人，想必是寥寥可數吧. 只能捐捐小善款的我，祈禱來自各界的愛心真的能夠被妥善的利用，把這些居民儘快安置。 標籤： 感覺的事，心情狂想曲.
