We planted pole beans and winter squash in August, and we are enjoying the harvest now. The Damson plum tree was finally ripe in mid-October, and they are good! I made a plum crisp out of the entire harvest. We will let that tree grow🙂 Our almonds and pistachios are also done. We still have peppers coming on; I made a chili relleno casserole out of them, and it was yummy.
