I can just imagine all the fun you all must be planning for it. BBQs, picnics, eating outdoors, family gatherings. Friday, July 24, 2015. FABBY: Weight loss and Vignettes. Three years ago I lost almost 20 pounds, not eating carbs and going to the gym for Spinning classes. All that in four months, losing at a rate of close to 5 pounds per month. I mostly didn't eat carbs and had the 'Magic Weight Loss Veggie soup' everyday. I shared the recipe of the soup at the end of this post. In the last year I've gained 5 pounds and it's been hard for me to lose them because of many social events, going out, dinner parties, etc.

Friday, July 31, 2015. FABBY: Sea Inspired Tea Settings. Last Wednesday was the last of the month and it's when I host a Rosary prayer every month with some good friends. Some bloggy friends that have asked for prayers, I'd like to inform you that 'we did' pray for your requests. I never know how many will show up, but this time I had 14 lovely souls.
