Give Momma a break! Meeting the international visitors. After a long planning and few cancellations, finally we went to watch Flamingos at Sewri Jetty. While doing the research I read that sunrise is very beautiful, so we all around 13 of us (including kids) reached there 20 mins before sunrise. When we reached there it was difficult to see any flamingo, and then slowly our eyes adjusted to the twilight, we saw a spot of lighter shade on the dark and brown mud flats. December 26, 2015. Give Momma a break! I visited my brother in US in 2015 and saw him actively engaged in outdoor activities with his daughters. It was a nice way of bonding and learning for both father and kids. When I returned to Mumbai, I started exploring activities which I could do with my daughter. I found few but not very encouraging to participate. And that is when I planned out some activities which I could do with my daughter along with my friends and their daughter(s)/son(s). Kids Name and DOB (need for age).

Give Momma a break! In nature’s lap. Our first activity was planned on 12th July at Sanjay Gandhi National Park,. Mumbai. A small group of friends and families gathered early morning outside the park on western express highway. We then moved to Gandhi Smarak. Few kids did a small trek down the hill while ladies found a nice place for kids to play games and munch some snacks. It poured for a while and the smell of the wet earth was so refreshing. Give Momma a break! Our second activity was the easy one. We all gathered early morning at Aksa Beach. For a Father and Kid fun time. The weather was good, the water was clean (surprisingly) and the atmosphere was awesome. Kids loved playing in sand and then unexpectedly swimming in the sea. Kids had a good time playing in sand, building castles and tunnels. Some enjoyed playing football and finally a dip in the water was the icing on the cake. July 26, 2015. January 4, 2016.
