https://fabfoodblog.wordpress.com/2015/01/09/chicken-ancho-chili
Jenine's Fab Food Blog. Just another WordPress.com site. January 9, 2015. Figured I’d try the chili mix I made for the beef (see previous post) with chicken to see which worked better. I added more chili to the chicken this time around…. Just as good as the beef, just depends on your preference. Give it a try! Jenine's Fab Food Blog. Just another WordPress.com site. September 22, 2013. So much spring spinach means it is time for spanakopita! I’m loving spring! We planted a $3 spinach plant in the back garden a few weeks ago and now I’m amazed at how much of it there is! It is growing so much, I’ve never seen spinach leaves so big! I highly recommend you try it. All we give it is good soil and lots of water. This is yesterdays haul🙂 I picked a similar amount last week. I’m still working on perfecting the...

I {heart} fab food & fun
I {heart} fab food and fun. What is a sunday like for you? For myself, its a day of rest relaxation a thankful/grateful heart for all that I am surrounded with in life. Its also a day I tend to bake. For some reason it just seems easier than on say, Wednesday. I also enjoy that whatever I bake, I get to EAT. The rest of the week and let's face it, come Monday evening, sometimes all you need in life is a good chocolate chip cookie [& maybe some wine.]. I made these for my sister-in-laws kindergarten class!

Meet your Bloggers. Frank and Mugsie. What’s always in our cupboards. Essentials. November 12, 2016. Sweet Potato and Haloumi Salad. This was done on the same night at the Pheasant dish posted earlier. Basically it’s using up what’s hanging around, which is what we’re all about really. Carol had bought some haloumi that was going out of date and in true Southbank Stadium style I decided to use it a whole month after the sell by date. Who decides these dates and how? Meanwhile for the haloumi I tend to li...
