By train to reach Venice and then on foot. 1- start from the train station,. 2- Calatrava bridge,. 3- Church of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari (visit),. 4- Rialto bridge and stop in one of the renovated traditional Venitian bars "bacari" near the fish market (for a happy hour, venitian aperitif the "spritz con Aperol"),. 5- calle of the Mercerie,. 7- Lunch: at the "Aciugheta" in campo San Filippo and Giacomo.

For 6 people/ Per 6 persone. 1) Frozen crust as brisee/ (1) disco di pastasfoglia surgelata. 50 grams butter/ 50 grammi di burro. 30 grams brown sugar/ 30 grammi di zucchero di canna. 2) spoons Balsamic vinegar/ (2) cucchiai di aceto balsamico. 4) leeks/ (4) porri. Varianti (vedi foto): prova ad aggiungere il formaggio morbido di capra spalmato sopra alla pastasfoglia prima di aggiungere i porri caramellati....

I was waiting since the Wishes Party (see post) this past December, to go back to Alessandra and Elio's home during Spring or Summer season, and this was the best occasion of all.
