Yummy Crockpot Pineapple Chicken. 6- 98% fat free chicken breasts. 1/2 cup low fat low sodium chick broth. 1/2 small fresh pineapple. 1 chop onion and zucchini, place in bottom of crock pot. 2 place chicken breasts on top of onions. 3 pour pineapple and chicken broth over chicken. 4 cook on low for 6 hours.
