I am going back to Weight Watchers to try and lose the 6 Stone I need to lose before reaching my goal weight. I will update here, how I am doing, how I feel and what may have helped or hindered my success. My Weight loss Blog. Just another WordPress.com site. Why I’ve Done This. Hoorah, I lost 3 1/2 pounds this week, which now brings my total weight loss to 19 1/2 pounds. It was probably the scariest weigh in I have had since I started at weight watchers, because I had no idea how much I had lost. This week I gave my scales to a neighbour to look after so I can’t weigh myself all week. I have to say the buzz at weigh in was better. Let’s hope I have as much success next week. My Weight loss Blog. Just another WordPress.com site. Why I’ve Done This. I went to Weight Watchers this week and had put on 5 1/2 Pounds, which now makes me 13st 11 1/2 lbs. I have in total lost 16 pounds up till now, but am treating this week as kind of starting again. I am determined to track my points which I haven’t been good at before. Also contacted a Personal Trainer and am hoping to join a Fit camp soon, but am going to start exercising this week. Will let you know next Saturday how I got on.
