My brother is 27 and gradually over the past 6 months he started getting small patches of hairloss on his beard/facial hair. it went from 1x 1cm circle to several larger patches which a joining slowly. Last night i noticed at the back of his head he has 3 other patches on baldness around 3cm in diameter. some of the hair growing back is white on his beard but is Very little. the patches are smooth and practically hair free. Is he under stress?
