While I have been back on the bike riding for about a month now, after a 6 month break, yesterday marked my return to structured training. The goal will be to build Power at Threshold up to what it was last year. Given my very dissapointing ride at Town Mountain Hill Climb Friday, I have allot of work to do to salvage the season. TSS: 34 (intensity factor 1.019).

While many would have taken the day off or would have done a 30 minute "easy spin" on the trainer. This is what I did today, in the 50 degree rain, after a 2 hr Z2 ride for a warm up:. TSS: 90.9 (intensity factor 0.981). Distance: 16.939 mi. Power: 0 486 320 watts. Heart Rate: 130 192 178 bpm. Cadence: 40 116 80 rpm. Pace 1:29 6:48 2:54 min/mi.
