For a while now Marks been wanting to do a cook and freeze of meals, and f ound this great site with recipes and grocery lists for a once a month cook up. 3 meals of Bacon Quiche, 2 meals of creamy tomato and mozzarella pasta bake, 2 meals of lentil curry (these were left overs from the other night). I wrote the heating instructions on each of the meals so its even easier to get meals ready in the evening. Top shelf: Bread for the month. We will still have...

I'm a Healthy Momma! Help and support for moms! I'm a Healthy Momma! I found this because I adore. And I'm currently trying to get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! Location: St. Louis, MO. Number of children and gender/ages (also names if you want): Cole, 13 months. Breastfeeding or other: I've been nursing Cole since birth. I am considering weaning in the near future but it's so hard to stop. Goal Weight: 135 and/or just to be healthy.

Women due in Mar 08. I am 17w4d and I havent felt even a lick of movement yet. Is this odd? I have been reading for the past 2-3 weeks that I should feel movement "anytime". Poor and making it. December 31st, 2010. It's only every once in a while that I find or conceive of a truly good budget recipe. It's very disheartening to see "economical" recipes with ingredients (say, meat) that already cost good money. Or are just variations on rice and beans. But just yesterday such a recipe occurred to me.
