Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Did some work on my list.I went to Voodoo Body Piercing. In Barnstaple and had my nose pierced. I love it although I keep going cross eyed because I am always catching sight of something on my nose lol! Thursday, January 13, 2011. We had sad news yesterday. My husbands mum passed away very suddenly. She was 67 and in relatively good health. My father in law came home from work yesterday and found her. It was her heart, not a heart attack but heart failure. We'll know more in a couple of weeks when the coroners report is finalised. Monday, January 17, 2011. Starting as I mean to go on. Did some spinning last night, my first for ages. Really enjoyed the soothing rhythmic action of it, very therapeutic! Sunday, January 16, 2011. The year of no regrets. Losing my much loved Mother in Law has got me thinking about life in general over the past couple of days. She is missed so much but I am determined not to be brought down by this tragic event but to live my life as though each day is my last. I'm going to write a list of all the things I would like to achieve, learn, experience and be in 2011 and that list starts here! Spend more time with my family. Get my nose pierced. Have a fairy (I think) tattoo.

I believe it was 2 years ago when I first started the scarf, I was so sure I would finish it very quickly. Well, talk about procrastinating, I just finished it, I have’nt even blocked it. I won tickets at my girls school for the Vanessa Hudgens Concert. From High School Musical, it just so happened the concert was on her birthday. She was sooo excited, this was her first concert, she had a blast. Here she is at the concert,. One piece of advice if you ever bring your daughters to a concert, WEAR EARPLUGS! Or bring your ipod.

Alot of people did’nt even know I did this, infact it never happened in the house, or car, only outside. I had tried many times to quit, used all the new tools for quitting but always failed. Finally I quit cold turkey in Feb of this year, yes I quit smoking! Part of what helped me was running, I started the Couch to 5K. Program listening to Katia and Kyliemac podcast. And Stash and Burn.
