PaperLion: March 2010
http://paperlionpaperlion.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 26, 2010. Booked and paid - we're back to Japan in 2 months time! Have you seen Jetstar's. 2 for 1 special to Japan? A word of advice for Sydney-siders - even though their website only lists Osaka on the special from Sydney, select Sydney-Tokyo and they just add Sydney-Gold Coast to the selection, don't be put off if you want to go to Tokyo. Or do what we're doing, fly into Tokyo and out of Osaka (but you have to ring and do that over the phone). Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Take a look here.

Rosemarie is an excellent book binder and teacher and I can recommend her classes if you're interested. The first book binding class I took was with Rosemarie and I've continued to go back and learn more from her. Not all classes are about making books, the class I did on box making. May 13, 2010 at 7:56 AM. What a gorgeous journal!

PaperLion: { market, tags and leather }
http://paperlionpaperlion.blogspot.com/2010/07/market-tags-and-leather.html
Thursday, July 8, 2010. Market, tags and leather }. I had the urge to work on some new tags before the last Eveleigh. Market. I had a list a mile long of other stuff I had to get done in preparation but I got sidetracked which is easily done when you're a procrastinator of the first order. This market was my first go at selling leather journals. I only had 3 made in time but one of them went home with a lovely new owner which made me very happy indeed. A Life So Peachy. Saturday, 21 January 2012. Sewing, yes I am. Well that was another big break. I have been sewing. building up a bit of a stash of finished girls clothes. And now it is depleted. birthdays and Christmas will do that to you. I did take a couple of pictures of what I had been making. but not of individual items as such. Hopefully I can pictures of the them on the little girls in the future. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I love sewing, among other things. I just don't get enough time to do a lot of it.

Green Polka Dots: Thank You Husband
http://green-polka-dots.blogspot.com/2011/11/thank-you-husband.html
Tuesday, 1 November 2011. Actually no, not really. Just as I was getting ready to get back into Blogtoberfest, my husband downloaded some 'Lion' thingy to the computer and chewed up all our broadband limit. Hence, no blogging, no searching, no internet (I dislike the fact that we are charged up to $200 to continue to use our internet after we reach our limit). Back online now, after Blogtoberfest has finished. That is OK, I have a few things I can blog in the near future to make up for it. And So I Sew.

Ministry of Home Economics. Find out what went on in the workshop by clicking here. To see the film of the day! Thanks for a lovely day out. You both did a great job. What a lovely workshop! Had myself a blast. Would the real piece of vintage felt work please stand up? We had a lovely time yesterday and I'll be wearing my felt flowers today and am going to attempt to make the red chrysanthemum this afternoon. The delightful Minister's are so gorgeous, we look forward to attending more MOHE workshops.

Green Polka Dots: July 2011
http://green-polka-dots.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, 24 July 2011. On the walk from the hotel to the wedding reception I noticed a fancy tree - one that had been attacked guerilla knitting style. Sunday, 17 July 2011. So, it has been a while. In the mean time, I will blog just one of my sewing projects. The pattern is from Wink Designs. I won a copy of this pattern at Sew It Together, and got to speak to Marina as she worked on her very pretty hexagons. Please take note of the gorgeous clip (which goes so well with this dress) made by Natalie.
