The Arc of Washington State is a non-profit organization composed of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, professionals and concerned members of the community.

Although I don’t talk or walk, I’m a happy person who likes to laugh, enjoys people, lots of racket and car rides. I have cerebral palsy, but it doesn’t have me. Lacey recently finished school and started her own business, Lacey Jean Promotions. She has been involved in several productions of The Arc of Washington State, demonstrating the value to individuals and communities of inclusion.
